To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.
Our Products
The Scholl Bus offers products that make ourselves, or products we believe in, and use ourselves. These products are described to the best of our ability, but the supplier (when applicable) could make changes that we are not aware of.
All of our products (unless otherwise specified) are drop shipped directly from our suppliers. When you place an order through us, we will submit the order to our supplier within 24 hours (usually within minutes if placed during normal business hours). Processing times are out of our hands at that point, but our suppliers usually ship our orders within 7 days (they ship orders in the order they are received). You will be sent a tracking number as soon as we have one supplied to us by our suppliers. If there are any extra delays (ex. the item is on backorder) you will be notified as soon as we are made aware of the situation.
If you have any problems with your order once it is received, please let us know so we can correct the issue as soon as possible.
Collection of Personal Information
When visiting The Scholl Bus, the IP address used to access the site will be logged along with the dates and times of access. This information is purely used to analyze trends, administer the site, track users movement and gather broad demographic information for internal use. Most importantly, any recorded IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
